The ATP 5020 provides excellent performance for weak light detection with its 2048 pixel TE-cooled CCD detector. For specialized needs, the ATP 5020P offers enhanced UV performance, while the ATP 5020R is optimized for NIR and Raman applications. The ATP 5330/5334 models feature an M-shaped optical design for low stray light and high resolution across the 200-1000 nm range, with options for 2048 or 4096 pixel detectors.
