The Optosky ATP8600-25TC is a Thermoelectrically cooled (TEC) version with reduced dark noise and enhanced SNR/sensitivity for high-performance scenarios of the mini NIR Spectrometer 

IR device with a 256-pixel InGaAs detector, adjustable integration times (1 ms to 65 sec), and a spectral range of 900–2500 nm.
