Hyperspectral Advanced Microanalysis

The ATH5500 series covers the near-infrared range of 1000-1700 nm, while the ATH5010 series operates in the visible to near-infrared range of 400-1000 nm. Both systems feature high spectral resolution (down to <2.6 nm for the ATH5010) and employ 1920x1080 pixel high-performance CCD imaging components for clear, low-noise imaging. Designed for flexibility, these microscopes are available in upright, inverted, and scientific-grade configurations to suit various research needs.

With customizable objective lens magnifications (standard 4X, 10X, 20X; optional 40X, 100X), they cater to a wide range of sample types and sizes. The systems also feature integrated high-compression image algorithms to optimize data storage and processing.
