Up to 8 Modules (64 channels)

Each Ivium-n-stat can allocate up to 8 modules. Several Ivium-n-Stat are stackable (up to 64 modules).

Flexible Electrode Configuration

Equipped with 4 electrodes (WE, CE, RE, S, and GND) in each channel, allowing comprehensive performance across all electrochemical applications.

Multiple power configurations

Offering different power configurations to match specific needs and budgets, ensuring versatility in application scope.  Ivium-n-Stat modules come in several power configurations, including single and dual channel modules, with various current and voltage ranges.

Selectable Grounded/Floating Operation

User-selectable grounded or floating operation to meet diverse experimental needs.

Independent Integrated EIS

Each channel includes an independent integrated FRA/EIS standard from 10µHz to 250kHz (with an optional 1MHz), providing detailed impedance analysis without multiplexing.

High Data Acquisition Rate

Capable of acquiring up to 300,000 points/s, with a minimum interval time of 3.33µs (0.125µs resolution) and applicable scan rates from 1µV/s to 10,000V/s.

Expandable Capabilities

Each module can be internally expanded with additional modules like True Linear Scan or High Frequency upgrade, and are compatible with various Ivium modules, accesories and several Ivium boosters for higher power requirements.

Simultaneous / Separate Channel Control

IviumSoft software facilitates control of separate channels or all channels simultaneously with synchronized start. Data visualization is flexible, allowing per-channel plotting or simultaneous display for all channels on a single screen.

Boost your equipment?

Are you looking to expand your electrochemical analysis capabilities beyond just a potentiostat? SFTec offers a wide range of additional equipment designed to seamlessly integrate with your potentiostat, allowing you to tackle even the most complex electrochemical experiments and take your research to the next level.

Bipotentiostat

The bipotentiostat (BiStat) is an internal hardware option that enables a second working electrode (WE2) with programmable potential offset with respect to the RE or WE1.

The bipotentiostat is fully integrated in the potentiostatic Sweep and Transient methods. Its data is recorded simultaneously with the primary channel and can be represented in the same plot using a secondary axis, or in a separate plot. The maximum scanrate or minimum interval times are the same as for the primary channel.

True Linear Scan

The True Linear Scan is a hardware option that applies a smooth analog ramp, instead of the standard staircase sweep. This hardware configuration is available on all Ivium potentiostats, and can be fitted retrospectively via a software-key upgrade.

The True Linear Scan option is designed to be used in those cases where the nature and speed of the electrochemical reaction processes lead to information loss when a standard digital staircase signal is applied (fast transient behaviour, absorption, α-characteristics)
